We have already talked about this interesting project from Belarus: the craftsmen lengthened the frame of the standard ZIL-131 and rolled another cart of two drive axles under the resulting “tail”.
Last time, the car was taken out for the first tests, and what seemed spectacular as planned turned out to be not quite effective in practice.
The resulting chassis did not please with the kinematics of the suspension and, with all the pleasure delivered to both the driver and the audience, this “multi-legged” partly did not justify the given advances in cross-country ability.
