The company handed over to the Russian management a lubricants plant in the Kaluga region.
The French TotalEnergies transferred a plant for the production of lubricants under the control of the Russian management.
Previously, the plant in Vorsino was managed by TotalEnergies Marketing Russia.
On March 2, the company was renamed Top Lubricants LLC, and oils will be produced under the Lemarc brand.
The production of oils will resume on March 15, now it is being defrosted. 90% of the employees of the former company will retain their jobs.
The Total plant was opened in 2018, its capacity was 40 thousand tons per year with the possibility of increasing up to 75 thousand tons per year. $50 million was invested in the project.
