The driver who caused the collision returned to his Hyundai and … left the scene of the accident! However, he did not manage to leave completely.
At first, he moved along the oncoming lane, and then froze on it, creating a very clear threat to other drivers – they had to brake on the slush in front of a sudden obstacle.
Then he tried to turn left, during which he was “taken under white hands.” He refused to be examined. The car was impounded, and the driver was handed protocols of violations.
