Ingredients:
cottage cheese – 200 gr; sugar – 100 gr; eggs – 3 pcs; baking powder – 10 gr (or 1 tsp soda slaked with 1 tsp vinegar) vanillin; melted butter – 40 gr; flour – 150 gr; candied fruits or dried fruits and raisins – 100-150 gr.

Beat eggs well with sugar, add cottage cheese, slaked soda, sifted flour, candied fruits, butter. Mix everything well. Transfer the finished mass into a greased form and send it to the oven preheated to 160-180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
