Some consumers will not have light for half a day. However, some residents of the region may not turn off electricity at all.
In the Zhytomyr region, after rocket attacks on the RF Armed Forces, on March 9, hourly blackouts are introduced. Consumers were divided into 6 queues, some of them may not have electricity for half a day. This was announced by the head of the Zhytomyr OVA Vitaliy Bunechko.
From March 9, in the Zhytomyr region, the light can be turned off for 6 hours in a row. Depending on the group, the probability of outages is different, however, some consumers of light may not have a total of 12 hours a day.
Consumers were divided into 6 queues, and 6-hour sectors of the day were painted in different colors depending on the probability of a lack of light.
Some consumers are likely to turn off the light twice a day for 6 hours. A few groups may not be cut off: the probability of all daily outages for them is less than 50%.
According to the schedule:
in the red zone, the probability of shutdown is 75-100%; in the yellow zone – 25-50%; in the white zone – the light is guaranteed if there are no emergency shutdowns or planned work.

Recall that as a result of the attack by the RF Armed Forces, energy infrastructure was damaged in several regions. NPC Ukrenergo reported that the most difficult situation is now in the Kharkiv and Zhytomyr regions. Power engineers need from several days to two weeks for repairs.
