Two sisters from Edinburgh died in their apartments. Their relatives are planning a joint funeral for the girls.
26-year-old mother of two children Shawnee Thomson died suddenly on February 12. Her 21-year-old sister, Shavanna Thomson, shared her grief over the loss, after which the family learned that she, too, had died. This is reported by the Daily Record.
The sisters’ heartbroken parents plan a joint funeral after the girls passed away within three weeks of various incidents. Friends of Shawnee and Shavanna said it was “the worst news a family can get.”
“A 26-year-old woman was found dead in an apartment in Granton Medway, Edinburgh on 12 February 2023. A 21-year-old woman died in an apartment on Cameron House Avenue, Edinburgh on 3 March 2023,” Police Scotland said, confirming the death. .

A spokesman for the Crown Service and the Fiscal Prosecution Service said the investigation into the death, led by the Scottish Fatal Accident Investigation Unit, was ongoing and the family would continue to be kept informed of any significant developments.
Relatives and friends expressed their grief in the comments under the photos of the sisters on social networks.
“At least the two of you are back together, as always, supporting each other! Rest easy, girls,” wrote one of the friends.
Earlier Focus wrote that the bride died during the wedding, she was immediately replaced by a younger sister. At the wedding ceremony, Hetal complained of dizziness and suddenly blacked out. Doctors in the hospital only stated the death of the girl. However, the father of the deceased bride suggested that the groom play a holiday with her sister. He agreed.
It was also reported that the woman bequeathed to be buried in a coffin with M & M’s. The woman’s relatives came to the funeral in T-shirts and caps, which had images of “talking sweets”.
