It turned out that the servicemen really tried to issue a summons to the man. The citizen entered into a conflict with them, after which a call was received to the hotline 102. Law enforcement officers arrived on a call and detained the man for aggressive behavior.

The detained man can now be held liable before the law for possession of narcotic drugs, petty hooliganism and disobedience to law enforcement officers. In addition, military personnel also filed materials against him.
