According to officer Roman Svitan, the Russians will never run out of manpower, but due to the lack of funding for hostilities within the Russian Federation, not only economic, but also political problems can begin.
In the summer of 2023, the Kremlin will run out of money for the war. This was told by a military expert, Colonel of the Reserve of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Roman Svitan in an interview with TSN on March 7.
According to the expert, the Russians will never run out of manpower, as well as military equipment, which they continue to produce in small quantities.
“The Russians will definitely never run out of manpower. They can collect it in certain quantities, at least 100 thousand per month. The Russians will not run out of those elements of technology that they can produce. Let them be in small quantities, but they can produce Therefore, of course, it will not end completely until we destroy the factories for its production,” Svitan said.
The speaker is convinced that this summer Russia will simply run out of money for the war, which can lead to not only economic, but also political problems within the country.
“And by the summer, most likely, the Russians will end the financial component of any war because of the sanctions. Without money, not a single war moves. Under sanctions, under certain economic pressure from the world, the Russians simply have this” blood “- the financial flow that feeds the war “, will end. How the Russians will act without full financing of military activities, it will already depend on the Russians themselves. One of the options is the complete collapse of the Russian Federation,” Svitan summed up.
Recall, according to retired US Army officer John Spencer, he said that in the summer of 2023 the war will move into a more active phase.
We also recall that in their report dated March 7, analysts from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) concluded that the Russian Armed Forces would not have enough mechanized forces to attack the city of Bakhmut in the Donetsk region, although Russian troops could achieve limited tactical success.
Earlier, on March 3, Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are capable of defeating the Russians and winning the war this year. At the same time, according to him, there is no threat from the Russian Federation to use tactical nuclear weapons.
