As noted by the initiator of the project, the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Education, Yana Lantratova, despite significant measures to support the birth rate, the population decline is still one of the most acute.

In addition, the implementation of the proposed program will become an additional incentive for the development of the domestic automotive industry,” the letter of the parliamentarian says.
Previously, it was proposed to allow spending funds from the mother’s capital to buy a car, but so far this initiative has not found support.
