On March 1, in Vologda, a driver from Moscow wanted to turn right where traffic direction signs along the lanes allowed only a left turn. Nearby was a principled cyclist who did not want to let him through. The driver did not like it, after some time and several attempts to detour, he got out of the car and attacked the cyclist. During the fight, the motorist even launched a bicycle at his opponent.
