Pancake cake “Tiramisu”
Ingredients:
milk – 1 liter; female – 350 gr; cocoa – 50 gr; sugar – 2 tbsp. l; salt – 1 tsp; eggs – 4 pcs; coffee – 50 ml; vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
For cream:
mascarpone cheese – 250 gr; powdered sugar – 70 gr; coffee – 50 ml; cognac – 2 tbsp. lvanil or vanillin.
Cooking method:
In a blender or mixer, beat down all the ingredients for pancakes. Leave them for 10 minutes, and then fry thin pancakes in a pan.
Put cheese, powdered sugar, brandy in a deep bowl, beat well so that the mass becomes homogeneous. At the end, add 500 ml of cold whipped cream, mix everything well.
The cake is best assembled using a culinary ring. Put it on a flat dish, put a pancake on the bottom, grease with cream, and so on until the very end. Grease the top and sides of the cake with cream too. Put the cake in the refrigerator for several hours to soak. Sprinkle cocoa on top.
