The Duchess of Sussex showed off a very expensive evening look when she stepped out with Prince Harry to visit an exclusive private club.
Meghan Markle, 41, the Duchess of Sussex, who currently lives in her $14 million mansion in California, has stepped down from royal duties to visit a private club in San Vicente with Prince Harry.
The mother-of-two looked chic in a $1,610 Carolina Herrera beige cape coat, which she paired with a $625 pair of black Christian Dior high-heeled pumps and a small black Dior leather clutch.
She also opted for a $300 pair of trendy vegan leather trousers from Veronica Beard for the occasion.
The highlight of the look is a mysterious little finger ring, which was made by celebrity jeweler Lorraine Schwartz and is reportedly worth around $62,000.
Questions have long been raised about the origin of the ring, which Meghan has worn several times. In 2021, Prince Harry and Meghan denied claims that the ring was made from diamonds given to the couple by someone mysterious in the “Middle East”. After the Dukes of Sussex refuted their own statement, saying that it was about a different ring, but did not explain where the pink diamond came from.
If the diamonds did indeed come from the Middle East, it’s unclear if Meghan received the gift while she was still a working member of the royal family, or after she completed her last official duties in early March 2021. She did not officially visit the region, but there was always the possibility that she made a private trip.
