But we must make a reservation that there are no serious shortcomings in the crossover.

Controversial engine options
Diesels usually seem like a good option for a hand-bought crossover due to their long life. But not in the case of a 2-liter diesel engine (185 hp). Its resource, of course, is 400 thousand km, but this motor is extremely sensitive to the quality of fuel and oil, and also requires careful maintenance.
The 1.6-liter diesel engine (index D4FD, 136 hp) was also controversial. Reasons — maslozhor and a combination exclusively with a robotic box.
The situation is similar with the 1.6 petrol turbo engine (G4FJ, 177 hp), which, in addition to the described features, also has a weak timing chain.

Remaining engine options
These are two petrol engines of 2.0 and 2.4 liters.
The most popular 2-liter G4NA 2.0 unit (150 hp) was marked by scuffing on the cylinder walls. As it turned out, this happened due to a combination of three reasons: refueling with 92-m gasoline (allowed by the manufacturer), driving on a cold engine and with a minimum oil level. Therefore, in 2017, the motor was upgraded by adding additional oil nozzles. The same goes for the 2.4-liter engine. Both engines are capable of traveling 300 thousand kilometers or more, but only for those owners who comply with all the regulations and do not save on trifles by pouring AI-95 gasoline.
