A salad that happily combines beans, beets and prunes

Varya hutsulskaya salad
Ingredients
boiled beets – 500 g; dry white beans – 300 g; prunes – 250 g; vegetable oil; salt, pepper
Varya Hutsulskaya salad is a dish, the preparation of which is a two-stage process. First, soak dry white beans in two liters of cold water for 8 hours. The beans should swell and triple in size. Drain the water, pour the beans into a saucepan, pour a clean liter of cold water, cook for about an hour, adding liquid as needed. Cool the cooked beans. We are finally ready for the main phase.
