A salad that happily combines beans, beets and prunes

Varya hutsulskaya salad
boiled beets – 500 g; dry white beans – 300 g; prunes – 250 g; vegetable oil; salt, pepper
Varya Hutsulskaya salad is a dish, the preparation of which is a two-stage process. First, soak dry white beans in two liters of cold water for 8 hours. The beans should swell and triple in size. Drain the water, pour the beans into a saucepan, pour a clean liter of cold water, cook for about an hour, adding liquid as needed. Cool the cooked beans. We are finally ready for the main phase.
Boiled beets cut into cubes. Grind prunes. Mix all the ingredients, salt and pepper. Season with vegetable oil, put in a salad bowl, decorate with herbs. Here is Varya Hutsulskaya salad for you!
