Young people claim that they are not related to the military company, and the style was adopted from the popular anime.
In Moscow, the Russian police massively detain teenagers from the new group “PMC Redan”. Details are reported by the Baza Telegram channel.
“PMC Redan” against “CB not mit”
Law enforcement officers detain young people after fights in the Aviapark and Marcos Mall shopping centers, which were attended by followers of a youth subculture called PMC Redan. Their attributes were images of a spider with the number “4”, as well as long hair. The media reports that the police were ordered to detain all people with such signs.
The PMC Redan movement has its roots in the Japanese anime Hunter x Hunter, where the criminal organization Genea Redan, also called the Spider or the Phantom Troupe, operates. Her symbol is a spider with the number “4”. Representatives of the subculture call themselves informals, oppose football fans, migrants and people from the Caucasus. They say that they do not associate themselves with a private military company, but are called so only “in jest”.
According to Baza, on February 19, a conflict broke out between PMC Redan and other young people in the Aviapark food court, allegedly because of the chairs. According to the Moscow Online website, the second group is called “tsb not mit” – it claims to be engaged in “anti-propaganda”, but in fact prevents teenagers from gathering on Tsvetochny Boulevard and Kitai-Gorod.
The security failed: the police intervened
There was a skirmish, after which the parties to the conflict made a new meeting. The next day, hundreds of people gathered in the Aviapark, staging a mass brawl. The police began to disperse the fighting, only on the evening of February 24, law enforcement officers detained 30 people in the shopping center. This did not stop the teenagers, and they agreed to meet already at the Marcos Mall. Another major scuffle took place there, as a result of which law enforcement officers detained about 20 more people, most of them schoolchildren aged 15 years.
According to Moscow Online, the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed to look into what happened. The press release notes that the security of shopping centers did not react to the mass fights and did not try to stop them. Now the police are on duty at the subway and inside shopping centers.
Earlier it became known that in Russia they create a new PMC called “Yastreb”. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in this way the FSB and the Russian Ministry of Defense are trying to reduce the popularity of the Wagner PMC.
On February 14, Ukrainian and Russian football players started a fight in Turkey. The players of the Transcarpathian club “Minaj” faced colleagues from the Yaroslavl “Shinnik” living with them in the same hotel.
