The GAC has unveiled the next generation of the GAC GS8 crossover. The pre-reform model has been on the Russian market since 2019.
With the change of generation, the GAC GS8 received a changed appearance and increased dimensions. Thanks to its new parameters, the Chinese SUV turns out to be larger than the new Toyota Land Cruiser 300.
The length of the celestial SUV is 4.98 meters with a wheelbase of 2.92 meters. Width and height – 1.95 and 1.78 meters, respectively. Under the hood of the all-wheel drive novelty, there is a two-liter turbo engine, the power of which reaches 252 hp. Paired with the power plant is an 8-speed automatic transmission from Aisin.
The interior of the new generation crossover can be designed for five, six or seven seats.
The list of available equipment includes a virtual dashboard, multimedia with a large touch screen, three-zone climate control, a 360-degree camera, a driver’s assistant to help avoid a collision, a panoramic sunroof and much more.
There is no information about the prices for the new SUV yet.
