They were done with the punishment, they wanted to cheat after the car accident
Although the number of attempts at insurance fraud in Slovakia is increasing, local insurance companies manage to better detect such unfair practices. This applies to both life and non-life insurance products. Millions of Slovaks have car insurance, and especially those with accident insurance may be tempted to abuse the situation so that the insurance company will reimburse them for the damage even in a situation where they are not entitled to it…
However, it doesn't pay to cheat, and two female managers were convinced of this recently. Both lent company vehicles to their son-in-laws. But the problem was that such an action was not allowed and there was a breach of the agreement with the employer. The subsequent collision and damage event that occurred in the cases of both cars was not covered by insurance coverage.
The vehicles collided as part of their the sons were driving without a driver's license, but the two managers agreed to pretend that they were driving. So the insurance company paid the damage first. Subsequently, however, complications arose for female employees, since their sons boasted about the event on Facebook. That started the braids.
“The employer reported it to the police, criminal proceedings were initiated and both managers received a two-year suspended sentence and had to pay damages,” Jaroslava Kováčiková, head of the control and special activities department of the insurance company Allianz, told Denník N.
