Red Bull has said it has launched an independent investigation into allegations involving Christian Horner.
Red Bull said it launched a independent investigation following complaints concerning the person of the team's Team Principal, Christian Horner. However, the company did not specify the nature of the complaints.
A statement issued by Red Bull today states the following: “After being made aware of a number of recent complaints, the company has launched an independent investigation. This process, which is already underway, is carried out by an external expert.
“The company takes these matters extremely seriously and the investigation will be completed as soon as possible. It would not be appropriate to comment further at this time.”
Speaking to the Dutch newspaper The TelegraphChristian Horner said: “I completely deny these allegations”.
The exact one content of categories it is not officially determined by either side.
In his more than 50 years, Mr Christian Horner has been in the ranks of Red Bull since 2005.
