Available through gov.gr it's the Driver Behavior Control System – better known as Point System – but also the History of Vehicle Inspections – KTEOaccording to a joint press release issued by the Ministries of Infrastructure and Transport and Digital Governance.
So drivers have the option to be updated, for the first time, electronically and immediately for the violations of the Road Traffic Code and the points they have received in the Driver Behavior Control System (S.E.S.O.-Point System), as well as for the history of Technical Vehicle Controls – KTEO.
It's about two new serviceswhich contribute to the further digital transformation of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport and are put into production as part of the cooperation of the Ministers of Digital Governance Dimitris Papastergiou, Infrastructure and Transport Christos Staikourasas well as the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, responsible for Transport, Christina Alexopoulou.
With the two new services citizens' interaction with services is simplified of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport and bureaucracy is reduced both ways, which entails saving resources and time for citizens and the State. At the same time, the transparency of the procedures is enhanced and the feeling of road safety. The drivers know in real time their penalty points in the Point Systemwhile they also have the possibility of centralized information on roadworthiness tests, including the kilometers traveled by the vehicle.
Citizens enter the two new services in a simple and friendly way, using TaxisNet codes of the General Secretariat of Information Systems and Digital Governance of the Ministry of Digital Governance, which also implemented the development of the services.

Drivers receive in their citizen inbox at gov.gr proof of their points and calls in the form of a document bearing the validity characteristics of gov.gr, i.e. one unique code number in alphanumeric format and in QR format as well advanced electronic signature of the Ministry of Digital Governance and is valid when it is circulated both as an electronic document and as a paper.
