For the tart:

- coconut oil – 70 g.

- coconut milk – 300 ml;
- instant coffee – 1 tsp;
- dark chocolate – 170 g.

Grind pistachios and cookies in a blender. Add coconut oil and mix everything well.
Place the resulting mixture in a rectangular baking dish measuring 35 by 11 cm, lined with cling film. Level the mixture along the bottom of the mold and make sides.
Place the pan with the dough in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Once the tart base is frozen, combine the coconut milk and instant coffee in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Place the pan on the fire, bring the mixture to a boil and remove from the heat.
Grate the dark chocolate and add the chocolate chips to the pan. Stir the ganache until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is a uniform color. Cool the ganache to room temperature.
Remove the tart pan from the freezer and pour the ganache into it. Refrigerate the tart for at least 4 hours to allow the ganache to set well.
Cut the finished tart into portions and decorate with pistachios.
