Ruthless thieves stripped a Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo, dismantling the car and causing several thousand euros worth of damage. See what thieves are looking for now.
We are now -unfortunately- used to hearing about thefts car catalysts or even internal ones, “lifting” from the inside steering wheel, seats up to dashboard or even rims leaving the car without wheels on the road. But what happened in this case Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo it is another trick and is the new prey of thieves.
It concerns the removal of lighting fixtures matrix LEDfor which the thieves showed no hesitation and in order to remove them they clipped the wings of the luxury car.
The incident took place in Dusseldorf Germany and it is one of the worst we have seen, as the damage done by the thieves to the Porsche it is not limited to the price of the lighting bodies, but it is much higher and is calculated in thousands of euros.
Detailed information has not been made public about how the incident happened, but probably the thieves would “knock” at night, when the car was parked in road.
As you can see from the photos posted on Reddit, in order to gain access to the wiring, the thieves cut the fenders of the car with a sharp object, creating huge damage.
