For this dish, choose carrots that are not very large with a blunt tip and are approximately the same size. Wash and clean it.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Cut the carrots crosswise into several pieces about 5 cm long. If the carrots are large and thicker than 3 cm in diameter, cut them additionally lengthwise into two or four pieces. As a result, all the carrot pieces should be approximately the same size so that they bake evenly in the oven.
Melt the butter in any convenient way.
Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Mix butter with garlic in a bowl. Add salt and spices to taste and mix well.
Add to prepared bowl, toss to coat carrot pieces in oil and spices.
Grate the Parmesan, add to the bowl with the carrots and stir again.
Using a brush, grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the carrots on it. Bake carrots for 20 minutes. After ten minutes, open the oven and turn the carrot pieces over to ensure they cook evenly.
