Today, January 23, Ukraine was subjected to a massive missile attack by the Russians. The defense forces shot down 15 cruise missiles and 5 ballistic missiles, as well as one guided aircraft. Some of the missiles were fired at Kyiv and all of them were also destroyed. However, the falling debris caused a lot of grief, injuring dozens of residents.
During the restoration work, pyrotechnicians from the Mobile Rescue Center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine discovered an unexploded warhead of the X-101 cruise missile. A heavy-duty pyrotechnic vehicle, the PM-V, helped to carefully pull her out of the ground and take her to a safe place for elimination.
The PM-V was built by the domestic enterprise Vadidus Spetsato on the MAN TGS 18.440 (6×6) all-wheel drive chassis. It has an armored cabin and cargo compartment – 4th and 6th class, respectively. The vehicle is designed to transport explosives weighing up to 1000 kg. In this case, he transported the warhead of the X-101 missile weighing about 400 kg. And a powerful crane mounted on the stern with a lifting capacity of up to 5,900 kg helped load it into the armored tray.
