THE four wheel drive it can be proven miraculous in situations with reduced adhesion on the ground, such as one icy or snowy road. Of course, in order to ensure that one’s vehicle continues to obey one’s commands, without slippingneeds special attention.
This is what a driver at New Yorkwho tried to overtake a truck with the Subaru WRX of and collided with one snow blower which was traveling in the opposite current, resulting in the car to be cut in two. The video of the accident was published by New York City Department of Transportation on X (Twitter), as example to be avoided for the rest of the drivers.
Note to self: don’t try to pass when roads are covered in snow and slush.

“Note: Do not overtake when roads are covered with snow and ice. Fortunately, no one was injured in this accident,” his post reads NYSDOT.

The pictures show it rear of the WRX onto the roadside assistance vehicle and the front a few meters further. We can safely say that if someone was sitting in the back seats of the car, the accident would turn into an accident.
