From January 20 to 28, Barrett Jackson Auctions will sell a custom six-wheel SUV built by Danton Art Kustoms in collaboration with Frenchy Export LLC. Technically it’s a 2009 General Military Humvee, but with a custom body. It features a chopped roof and shortened rear doors.
At the stern there is a huge spoiler, which is a custom-modified wing of a real aircraft. It is this that gives the car its apocalyptic look.
The unique Hummer is finished in matte Military Green with custom graphics. The custom wheels are wrapped in off-road tires measuring 245/40-20 at the front and 305/35-24 at the rear.
Under the hood of the six-wheeled all-terrain vehicle is a supercharged 6.2-liter Hellcat HEMI V8 producing 717 hp. All the power of the unit is sent to the rear axle through a 4L80E automatic transmission.
The car is equipped with power steering, disc brakes on all wheels and a modern instrument panel with an LCD display. Also in the arsenal of the six-wheeled monster is starting the engine and activating headlights, turn signals and a sound signal from a smartphone.
The cost of the Humvee 6×2 “all-terrain vehicle”, even preliminary, has not been announced.
