Crew renewal is also an important piece of the puzzle and having studied the match and test data, we were confident that we could optimize our list of drivers. We’re lucky to have six extremely talented drivers, so we decided to get the best out of each car by grouping the drivers according to their set-up and set-up preferences, with the aim of delivering enhanced performance.»
