Energy Minister German Galushchenko said that you can contact regional energy companies to recalculate the amount on your payment slip. If a person is still dissatisfied, a complaint can be filed with NEURC.
If a person has received a payment for utility services, the amount of which, in the consumer’s opinion, is too high, he can contact the oblenergo or the National Commission for State Regulation in the Fields of Energy and Utilities (NCREKU). Ukrainian Energy Minister German Galushchenko stated this during the telethon.
According to him, the oblenergo must check and transfer if it turns out that the amount was calculated incorrectly.
“If a consumer sees and believes that the accrued amount is unfair or not calculated correctly, then, firstly, he must contact the regional power supply company so that they check and transfer it,” the minister said.
Galushchenko also said that you can contact NEURC if the consumer is dissatisfied with the decision of the oblenergo or wants to file a complaint.
“If he is not happy and sees that there is no contact or understanding, or he thinks so, then we have NEURC, where he has the right to file a complaint,” Galushchenko said.
The head of the Ministry of Energy added that the relevant commission should check whether the amount was calculated fairly.
Let us remind you that the Ministry of Social Policy explained how Ukrainians can apply for pension payments abroad. The department said that an application submitted remotely is processed within ten days.
It was also reported that Ukrainians can receive up to 300 hryvnia as a pension supplement. According to Ukrainian legislation, a certain category of citizens can increase their income. This became possible thanks to the new living wage.
