THE Chad Nasir born and raised in Libya. There, the Toyota Land Cruiser adored by many, however those who can obtain it are, among others, “well-to-do businessmen and government personnel”according to what he mentioned speaking to Road & Track.
With the loan option not available in the African country, the model could only be acquired by those who could spend a lot of cash.
When he himself moved to USAhe promised himself that once he made enough money, he would start buying Land Cruisers. His business at Michigan seems to be going very well since not only did he buy it first example of the popular SUV before about a yearbut now he owns it 24.
THE Nasir imports the vehicles from Middle East. Everything has mechanical gearbox. None have been paid for with a loan or financing, as they buy them exclusively with cash. The first ones he bought were two of his models 2013 and his 2015, respectively, one for himself and one for his father. Then it was added to the collection one 70-Series Land Cruiser pickup which he found in Saudi Arabia.
“Every vehicle I buy has very few kilometers on the odometer. The one with the most is from 1997, it has 290,000 km, but it is very clean.” he says himself. It is currently in process purchase of three more unitswhich will come from the Catarrhthe Yemen and Oman, respectively. The rate at which he buys Land Cruiser it’s about 1 or 2 every monthsince 15 months.
