On the night of December 22, Russian occupiers attacked Kyiv with Shahed kamikaze drones. The Kyiv City Military Administration spoke about the destruction caused by the attack of the Russian Armed Forces.

“There, in a multi-storey residential building, a fire broke out on the upper floors, in three apartments there was partial destruction of walls and in another three there were broken windows. According to preliminary data, two victims suffered soft tissue bruises and cut wounds, one of them was hospitalized,” it says message.
It is also reported that in the Darnitsky district, as a result of falling drone debris, a fire broke out in a two-story private house. No casualties. In the Goloseevsky district, the fall of debris did not cause damage or injuries.
“The information is being updated and clarified. We will restore the damaged buildings. But life cannot be restored. So the most important thing is that Kyiv survived this attack without casualties,” the KGVA said.
Let us note that earlier the head of the Darnitsa military administration of Kyiv, Nikolai Kalashnik, reported on his Telegram that an unfinished private house was damaged due to the attack by the invaders.
“Firefighters, an investigative team are working, an ambulance is on duty. The two-story house, which was unfinished, fortunately, there was no one here. The fire is being extinguished. Windows in residential buildings nearby were blown out from the blast wave, debris damaged the facades, fences,” he wrote.
Let us recall that the Air Force reported that the Russian Armed Forces have launched 7,400 missiles into Ukraine since the beginning of the war. According to speaker Yuriy Ignat, the statistics include absolutely all enemy objects that flew in the Ukrainian sky. Of these, 1,600 were intercepted.
