THE Ferrari is adopting a new strategy in its effort to eliminate from the market “monkey” products that bear its mark without having obtained the relevant license from the same. This n new ‘campaign’ against counterfeits was announced by email to its customers Ferrarias reported by its users FerrariChat.
More specifically, the announcement communicated by Enrico Gallieracommercial director and head of the marketing department, explained how important it is for the company to protect her image.
The email contained the website link, which details the details. There, anyone can, regardless of whether they are owner of a Ferrari model or notto mention the the fake products who use the pony signs without permission.
Then the Ferrari will examine the complaint and if it does not have prior knowledge of the specific violation it will rewards the person who submitted it. The Italians even said they would send one gift to anyone who “nails” the companies that illegally place their brand on the products they sell, within 60 days from the submission of the complaintbut without specifying what gift this will be.
In order for the report to fulfills the requirementsit is required to complete the personal details of the person submitting it, information about the business who sells the product, photos and the number of copies.
