Aristotle Racing Team (ART) is pleased to announce its presence at Mediterranean Cosmos on December 8 and 9, bringing with her the impressive ART22 racing car with which he won second place in the international Formula Student competition in Holland, in the summer of 2023.
It is a student research group, the Aristotle University of Thessalonikiwhich deals with motor sports. Its aim is to study, design and build a gasoline-powered racing carwith which he participates in international Formula Student competitions, in which racing cars of student teams from universities all over the world take part.
The group was founded in the summer of 2006 by 9 students of the Department of Mechanical Engineeringsince then ART counts 24 international participations to her creditand over 300 students have been its members, claiming important distinctions every year.
ART22 is the newest of the 7 racing cars he has designed and built by the team to date. Consisting mainly of carbon fiber and designed by students of the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, reflects the team’s dedication and expertisewhich aims at its continuous development.
Team members will be there, ready to share their experience on the motor sports sideas well as to inform the public about the improvements it is going to bring the team’s new car, the ART24, which is already in the process of construction
