An audio recording appeared on the network, in which a man whose voice resembles the people’s deputy from the “Servant of the People” Igor Negulevsky discussed how to get money through the Ministry of Ecology and leave Ukraine. In the conversation, plans were made to “quietly go into the woods,” taking $200 million with them. The corresponding audio was published on March 12 by the Observer.
A man with a voice similar to Negulevsky said that the Ministry of Ecology can be taken under control in three months and thus steal another “hundred” through it, and then run away to Asia, where no one will find him.
“We can take the entire ministry under control of some kind, for example. Now the temporary investigative commissions are checking everything that is related to the environment for a year, or maybe two years – mining, oil, gas, timber, any pipe at any enterprise. We can along the way and take this ministry away. Three months will be enough here, “says someone in the voice of Negulevsky.
According to him, the stolen funds then need to be transferred offshore and taken out through Swiss banks, because they do not give out the names of the ultimate beneficiaries.
It is alleged that the interlocutor of the man is allegedly People’s Deputy Nikolai Tishchenko, who was also elected to the Rada from the Servant of the People.
At the same time, on March 12, People’s Deputy Mykola Tyshchenko recorded a video message criticizing the State Forest Resources Agency of Ukraine. The politician said that the agency acts as a financial lining for some fraud, as it allegedly “scrolls” about $ 300 million a year.
“Just imagine. And this is during the war, when the entire presidential team, headed by Vladimir Aleksandrovich, is looking for money all over the world, and this trinity has made itself happy,” said Tishchenko, referring to Deputy Chairman of the State Forest Agency Yuri Sotnik and his entourage.
Recall that on January 27, People’s Deputy Nikolai Tishchenko was expelled from the Servant of the People faction after a scandal involving trips to Thailand and Vietnam. The decision was made based on the results of a survey conducted among members of the parliamentary faction.
