Mercedes-Benz pledges to unveil future-electric Smart, Maybach and AMG at Munich Auto Show
German Mercedes-Benz will delight its fans with a whole lot of new products at the upcoming Munich Motor Show. However, the main focus will be on five promising electric vehicles.
Recall that the Munich Motor Show starts on September 7 this year and will last until the 12th. It replaced the legendary Frankfurt exhibition, but retains its former name Internationale Automobil – Ausstellung.
It is for this event that Mercedes-Benz has prepared several debuts. First of all, they can show there a concept from the Smart sub-brand, which is already half owned by the Chinese from Geely. It is possible that it will be a crossover that has already fallen into the lenses of photo spies many times.
In addition, it is known for sure that the public will see the serial incarnation of the EQB electric crossover. But more interesting will be the demonstration of the EQE electric sedan, whose teasers were shown in the official press release today. There are no details about the new product yet. However, the company notes that this car will demonstrate “how sporty and luxurious a business sedan can be.”
However, this is not all. Other Mercedes sub-brands will not be left out either. For example, we will see the concept of a premium Maybach EQS SUV, a teaser of which surfaced some time ago. Not to be forgotten is the AMG sports department, which will showcase the first model with the E Performance Hybrid System. It is not yet entirely clear what kind of car it will be, but the media believe that it will be the serial GT73e. In addition, we will be shown a completely electric newest car – the Mercedes – AMG EQS.
