The German automaker had barely unveiled the Audi RS3 Sportback and RS3 Sedan when dealerships received price lists for both models. 400 hp versions can be ordered immediately and will be available at dealerships this fall.
In a world where eight cylinders are replaced by four cylinders, four cylinders by three cylinders, and electric motors come to the aid of top sports engines, the new Audi RS3 is an exception. Like previous generations of the RS3, the new RS3 Sportback and RS3 Sedan simply have a 2.5 TFSI, five-cylinder and high-performance 400 hp engine under the hood. and 500 Nm of torque.
Anyone looking to buy an Audi RS3 Sportback in Europe will have to pay a local Audi dealer € 92,607. For the RS3 sedan, the manufacturer will ask for at least 93,255 euros. These are, of course, not childish amounts, but, unfortunately, this is no exception in the C segment of the premium class. In comparison, Mercedes-Benz is asking 89,119 euros and 95,747 euros for the A45 and A45 S, respectively.
For a lot of money, Audi will provide the RS3, which accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 3.8 seconds. The RS3’s top speed is 250 km / h, although this can be increased to 280 km / h for an additional € 1,500. If you opt for the optional RS Dynamic package worth 6,500 euros, you can get not only an even stiffer chassis with adjustable shock absorbers, but also carbon ceramic brakes and a top speed that is further increased to 290 km / h.
